Deja-Lyn Pulido grew up in Killeen, Texas, where she developed her passion for golf through The First Tee of Killeen. She went on to attend Methodist University in North Carolina, where she studied Marketing with a concentration in Professional Golf Management.
Deja began her career in the golf industry as an intern at several private country clubs. Her dedication and hard work led her to the position of Assistant Golf Professional at Cimarron Hills Golf and Country Club. In November 2021, seeking to broaden her experience, she joined Golf Club of Houston as an Assistant Golf Professional. Over three years’ time, she has demonstrated her leadership and expertise, culminating in her promotion to Head Golf Professional in September 2024.
During the summer of 2024, Deja also served as the Interim Head Golf Professional at Wilderness Club Montana, an Escalante Property, where she assisted in transitioning the golf department to a fully private club. She has built strong relationships with clients, successfully collaborating on Golf Genius and fostering professional connections with players. Deja is a dedicated team player, committed to ensuring success from start to finish. She offers golf lessons for juniors and adults of all skill levels, making her expertise accessible to anyone looking to improve their game.
