The Golf Club of Houston is a pure golf club in every sense. Founded in 2002, The Club has two 18 hole courses that have both hosted the Houston Open. The Member Course was designed by Jim Hardy and Peter Jacobsen. The Tournament Course, open to both Members and the public, was designed by Rees Jones and David Toms. Amid the finely groomed fairways, the well-engineered greens and the challenging bunkers, you can almost hear the echoes of the PGA TOUR Professionals inviting you to have fun, encouraging you to compete and inspiring you to improve your game.
Along with two championship courses, the Club has one of the finest practice facilities in the country. The double-sided range also includes indoor bays complete with V-1 video and Trackman technology. The Club's short game area includes six bunkers allowing for any kind of shot you want to practice. The Club also has a three hole short course, complimentary for all Members.

Black Hawk Country Club has become known as one of the area's finest country clubs providing a legendary club experience, in every sense of the term. The course was designed by internationally acclaimed golf course designer and re-designer, Rees Jones. With more than 7,100 yards of pristine play and five sets of tees, the golf course challenges golfers of all levels.
From the moment of arrival, members and guests enjoy the renowned club amenities and are treated to the very best service. The golf course engages approximately 50 acres of lakes and waterways along with 43 bunkers. Unique to the Houston area, the golf course is free of any housing developments, affording the freedom to focus on the game of golf as it was meant to be.

One visit to BlackHorse Golf Club, and you will know why it is considered one of the top public courses in the state of Texas. With two 18 Hole courses that provide landscapes like nowhere else in the Houston area, BlackHorse Golf Club is as challenging as it is beautiful.
Courses feature a variety of landscapes, including the notable South Course back nine quarry. The courses are traditional in style with a lot of mature trees – majestic oaks, live oaks, and pine – that offer an aged feel to our courses, well beyond the courses’ 2001 inception. With six sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all levels, Blackhorse was ranked as one of the top golf facilities for women by the Houston Chronicle.
